SHIPPING & RETURNS INFO

- I operate a small independant operation, I'm so sorry but I simply cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless something is damaged or I am at fault. Thanks for understanding!
- If for some reason you receive a defective item, or you receive an incorrect item, please email info@artbycolm.com and I will try my best to rectify the issue.
- Please make sure you are ordering the correct item and have entered the correct name and address details for delivery!
SHIPPING
- Please allow an estimated 2-5 weeks for order shipments once you've ordered (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your order has shipped, you should receive tracking info via Shopify to whatever contact method was submitted with your order.
- While it is my hope that all packages arrive at their intended destinations in a timely manner, sometimes carriers mishandle packages. I waive all responsibility once the package lands in the destination country as I do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems.
- International customers please note all national taxes and VAT are automatically included in the price of the product in accordance with your country’s local tax laws unless otherwise stated at check-out.
- Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges.
- While many orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to sign any required forms before receiving your package. It is the recipient's responsibility to check with their country's customs office to verify any fees as we are unable to provide the recipient with the exact amount of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.
- If your package is seized by customs officials for any reason whatsoever, I'm afraid I cannot issue a refund unless all products are returned to me in their original condition. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded. If you have any questions, I encourage you to contact your local customs office, as I cannot advise you about your country's customs policies.
- The customer is responsible for submitting their address correctly when placing an order. If your package is returned to sender due to an incomplete address, we are happy to arrange for reshipment if I receive the package — if the customer would like to cover the cost for a second delivery attempt.
- I cannot be held responsible for stolen/missing packages. If the package is marked as delivered and has not yet arrived, the recipient is ultimately responsible for contacting the postal service to remedy the situation or file a claim.
- I will do my best to honour change of address requests after orders have been placed but cannot guarantee addresses can be updated for pre-existing orders.
